Job Description

  • Process orders and customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers and our logistics partners to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support management to design and implement operations processes and workflows.
  • Support infrastructure rollouts.
  • Participate in programs to improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and call centre.
