Job Description
- Process orders and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and our logistics partners to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support management to design and implement operations processes and workflows.
- Support infrastructure rollouts.
- Participate in programs to improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and call centre.
